These gentlemen had a holiday ceremony and were guided by Marcinho, a senior event planner with
savvyplanners.com. With only eight days to plan the ceremony, he jumped into action sending the
agreements to the client and researching vendors and locations immediately.
The men were scheduled to cruise down to Key West with a number of friends and family and were quite
specific about their wants and needs. Their requests were clear and extremely well-defined.
Marcinho listened to all their concerns and instructions and within hours had constructed the ultimate plan of
action for the couple and their guests and their very limited time on the island.
He arranged for a driver to meet them after they left the ship and immediately shuttle them off to the tropical
and secluded location for a morning ceremony. The couple were explicit in their instructions regarding their
desire for a private, intimate ceremony for themselves and their guests. Reverend Sharon officiated the
ceremony and a photographer was dispatched to the site.
The couple traveled with their four month old daughter as well. Within moments after the ceremony, the photos
had been taken, the ceremony performed, the party returned to the ship in time. Within two hours, a phone
call from the couple was placed to the office. They received everything they were promised and they felt the
event they envisioned went off without incident and was exactly as they had pictured it.
